Vision Homes, Inc. got it's start in 1988. The president, Kerry Vornadore, graduated from Grove City College, PA. in 1978. After working for three national builders as a manager, Kerry become a carpenter, where he framed new houses, along with decks and other home improvement projects for five years. Now having both management experience as well as knowing the nuts and bolts of the home building process, he started Vision Homes in 1988.
The company philosophy is to build a better home for a better value than any of its competitors. That is why, through good times and bad times, Vision Homes has remained a productive home builder.
In the last 30 years, Vision Homes, along with its affiliated LLC's, have delivered over 300 homes, as well as project management for over 450 condominiums and 5 multi-family land development projects.
In North Carolina, Vision Homes built over 60 homes in Kitty Hawk, Duck and Corolla. Currently, Vision Homes is building in the Outer Banks, with three brand new homes coming soon in the town of Corolla. Homes which are "an easily observable better value."
MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission is not only to construct sturdy, beautiful, and functional products for our clients, but to build long-lasting and trustworthy relationships. Most of our projects come from word-of-mouth recommendations, so it’s important that we do our jobs well. We also believe in only working with top quality materials in order to provide a truly excellent final product - every single time.
Our philosophy is to build a better home for a better value than any other builder out there.
